ATHLETICS HERO PAUL TERGAT LAUNCHES HIS BID FOR NOCK PRESIDENCY
Kenya’s athletics legend, Paul Tergat, officially launches his bid for The National Olympic Committee of Kenya (NOCK) presidency today at Safari Park Hotel.
The national hero has received endorsements from 11 endorsements out of 22 eligible National Sports Federations in Kenya including Kenya Rugby Union (KRU) Chairman, Richard Omwela.
“I feel your endorsement has touched me to the core,” said Tergat.
Under the umbrella body of all nationa sports associations, NOCK has seen internal changes amid rumours of corruption.
Target presented his manifesto which highlights his plans for a zero tolerance policy on doping if elected as well as his lineup;
